PINKDRIVE CANCER AWARENESS INITIATIVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

  1. The PINKDRIVE CANCER AWARENESS INITIATIVE (“Initiative”) is run by Little Green Beverages (Pty) Limited trading as The Beverage Company and JIVE, COO-EE and REFRESHHH (“BEVCO HERO’s) (together “the Promoters”) together with PINKDRIVE NPC (“Initiator”). The Initiative aims to raise funds for cancer awareness through the sale of products bearing the PINKDRIVE logo.
  2. This initiative commences on 1st October 2023 and end at midnight on 31st October 2023. (“Initiative Period”).
  3. This Initiative is open to all legal persons within the Republic of South Africa.
  4. Effectively during the Promotional Period, or as near to this date as possible for the duration of one month only, the BEVCO HERO’s Fizzy Pink Lemonade Products and 500ml Refreshhh Still Water (‘’Participating Products’’) will be participating in the Cancer Awareness initiative in association with PINKDRIVE.
  5. By entering the Initiative, all Participants agree to be bound by these Initiative rules, terms and conditions (“T’s & C’s”).
  6. To participate in the Initiative and contribute to cancer awareness in October 2023:
    • Purchase any Participating Product from any participating store within the Republic of South Africa during the specified Initiative Period.
  7. Participating Products:
    • All Participating Products purchased from any participating store within the Republic of South Africa during the October 2023 Initiative Period are eligible for the donation of 50 cents (50c) to PINKDRIVE.
  8. Donation Mechanism and Maximum Payment:
    • BEVCO will contribute 50c (fifty cents) to PINKDRIVE for every Participating Product sold during the Initiative Period to support cancer awareness initiatives. The total donation amount will be calculated based on eligible product sales, and a maximum payment of R300,000.00 will be made to PINKDRIVE NPC.
  9. The Promoters may alter the Initiative its rules, T’s & C’s or cancel the Initiative in their sole discretion at any time if deemed necessary in their opinion and/or if circumstances arise outside of their control, without prior notice and no Participant shall have recourse for such cancellation or alteration. Any changes will be posted either within the Initiative information or these terms and conditions shall become effective immediately after being altered or on such date as may be determined by the Promoters. No Participant shall have any recourse against the Promoters as a result of the alterations of the rules.
  10. All Participants to the maximum extent permitted by law, indemnify the Promoters, its associated companies (directors, officers, and employees), affiliates and agents, against any/all claims for any loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise, harm, injury of any nature whatsoever arising from any cause whatsoever from their participation in any way whatsoever in this Initiative.
  11. The laws of South Africa govern these terms and conditions and participants agree to be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African court.
  12. By participating in the Initiative, participants acknowledge and agree that their personal information may be collected, used, and disclosed by the Promoter for the purpose of administering the Initiative and announcing the donation amount. Participant information will be handled in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 2013 (Act No 4 of 2013); (“POPI”) and South African Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (“Consumer Act”).
